Scotch Darning Workshop

Learn to repair your knitwear using traditional scotch darning.

Ideal for worn areas and holes such as heels and elbows, this method of repair is strong and relatively quick to do once you know how!

In this workshop Lorna will guide you through the Scotch Darning stitching technique from start to finish using a practice piece and give you all the skills and confidence you need to carry on repairing other items at home.

Please bring an item to practice on in the workshop, socks are ideal and all other materials will be provided.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some sewing experience, all levels are welcome.

This workshop also makes a wonderful gift for family and friends. Just print off the ticket and pop it in a card.
